AMAIE Energia e Servizi has installed a new smart Eco-island in Montalto Carpasio, in the Desteglio area. The new facility expands the local separate waste collection system. It gives authorised users an organised and easily accessible disposal point. The smart Eco-island will start operating on 5 October 2026. Only users with a valid badge will be able to access the facility.
Access to the new smart Ecoisola
The Municipality of Montalto Carpasio has already started distributing access cards to authorised users. Each badge allows residents to use the facility and dispose of waste according to the service rules. Card distribution will continue after the Eco-island becomes operational. Users who have not yet collected their badge can therefore visit the municipal offices after the service launch.
Information flyer and location map
When collecting the access card, users will also receive an information flyer about the new smart Eco-island. The leaflet explains how to use the facility and how to dispose of waste correctly. A small map will also show the location of the Eco-island in Desteglio.
To stay informed about service updates, users can also follow AMAIE Igiene Urbana on its official social channels (Facebook e Instagram).
